Supplier Partnership and Sustainability
Cavli is committed to building strategic, long-term partnerships with its suppliers to create sustainable value through innovation, quality, operational excellence, and responsible business practices. As a global IoT solutions provider, Cavli collaborates with its supply base to advance technology, strengthen capabilities, and deliver reliable, high-quality products that support mutual growth and long-term success.
Suppliers are expected to uphold the highest standards of quality, safety, environmental responsibility, ethical business conduct, and regulatory compliance. They shall promote fair labor practices, prohibit forced, bonded, indentured, and child labor, and support responsible sourcing, including compliance with applicable conflict minerals requirements.
Supplier Expectations
At Cavli, we believe strong supplier partnerships are built on trust, integrity, and shared responsibility. We expect our suppliers to uphold the highest standards of quality, ethics, sustainability, and regulatory compliance while respecting human rights and promoting responsible business practices throughout their operations and supply chains. Together, we strive to build a resilient, transparent, and sustainable global supply network.
Supplier Diversity
Cavli values a diverse and inclusive supplier ecosystem that drives innovation, strengthens resilience, and creates long-term value. We actively seek to collaborate with suppliers of varying sizes, capabilities, and backgrounds who share our commitment to excellence, sustainability, and continuous improvement, enabling mutual growth and positive impact across the communities we serve.
Conflict and Responsible Minerals
Cavli is committed to responsible and ethical sourcing throughout its global supply chain. We expect our suppliers to source minerals responsibly and to ensure that the procurement of tin, tantalum, tungsten, gold (3TG), cobalt, mica, and other applicable minerals does not directly or indirectly finance or benefit armed groups or contribute to human rights abuses in conflict-affected and high-risk areas (CAHRAs).
Suppliers are expected to implement appropriate due diligence processes aligned with internationally recognized frameworks, including the OECD Due Diligence Guidance for Responsible Supply Chains of Minerals from Conflict-Affected and High-Risk Areas, and to provide relevant sourcing information upon request. Cavli reserves the right to periodically review supplier compliance and encourages continuous improvement in responsible mineral sourcing to support a transparent, ethical, and conflict-free supply chain.
