CQM211 5G NR IoT Module

CQM211 is a 5G-NR Advanced Sub-6 GHz module compliant with 3GPP Release 16, designed for IoT and M2M applications. It delivers up to 3.4 Gbps downlink and 550 Mbps uplink, with LTE Cat 16 fallback for reliable high-throughput connectivity across diverse networks. Powered by an Arm Cortex-A7 processor with up to 1 GB RAM and 512 MB ROM, the module runs Linux/OpenWrt and supports application development without an external host MCU. It also integrates GNSS with L1+L5 support for high-precision tracking. With a global variant and compact LGA form factor, CQM211 is ideal for high-bandwidth applications such as Industry 4.0 and smart surveillance.
