The partnership between Orange Business and Cavli, which combines Cavli's IoT modules with LTE-M connectivity, began in 2020. Already, around half a million devices worldwide are utilizing Cavli modules pre-loaded with Orange connectivity. By joining the Orange Connected Validation Program, Cavli is solidifying this relationship and aiming to enter new markets already serviced directly by Orange or through their partner networks. This collaboration is poised to deliver substantial benefits, including improved device-network performance, broader market access, and accelerated IoT adoption across various industries, thereby underscoring a shared vision for a more connected world.
The Orange Connected Validation Program through rigorous testing procedures, including network interoperability, roaming, energy consumption tests, and thorough log analysis, guarantees the smooth operation of products across diverse Orange networks, such as LoRa, LTE-M, 4G, and 5G. Successfully validated devices receive the Orange Connected label and a connectivity certificate, affirming their quality.
In the UK, a leader in predictive and preventive maintenance utilizes Cavli’s IoT modules for remote monitoring in the rail, mining, and energy sectors, enhancing safety and efficiency. Similarly, in South Asia, one of the largest two-wheeler motorcycle manufacturers in the world, integrates Cavli’s technology in smart bikes and electric scooters, leveraging Orange Business connectivity for improved vehicle communication and real-time analytics.
