C16QS LTE Cat 1bis IoT Module

C16QS is a series of LTE Cat 1bis IoT modules designed for IoT and M2M applications that require reliable LTE connectivity, compact hardware integration, and regional deployment flexibility. Built to comply with 3GPP Release 14 specifications, the module is suitable for OEMs developing connected devices for asset tracking, POS terminals, remote monitoring, smart metering, logistics, and industrial IoT applications.

The C16QS module supports optional integrated GNSS, making it suitable for location-based IoT applications such as fleet tracking, asset monitoring, and mobility devices. It is also available with integrated eSIM options, enabling remote connectivity management through the Cavli Hubble Connectivity and IoT Module Management platform. With DFOTA, low-power operating modes, independent LTE and GNSS power control, and edge-based GPS data processing, C16QS helps OEMs build scalable and power-efficient connected products.
