Job Description

We are looking for a creative and highly passionate marketing professional who can assume the role of Senior Associate-Events Marketing, capable of building up Cavli’s event projects and planning, marketing coordination and project management of Webinars Offline events, roadshows, exhibitions & Other virtual events or large scale gatherings.

The selected candidate will be responsible for supporting the execution of our in-person and virtual events strategy to accurately represent Cavli and its full suite of products, increase brand awareness, and drive pipeline growth.

  1. Manage the day-to-day planning and execution of client facing virtual and in person events,industry conferences, and trade shows, including pre- and post-event communications and attendee management.

  2. Budget Management: You will oversee, manage, and wrap-up event budgets with internal teams and vendors.

  3. Source new venues / locations for upcoming events.

  4. Create event related content, collateral and assist in the promotion and overall success of marketing events.

  5. Support and coordinate marketing initiatives, which may include on-ground activations and high profile events.

  6. To improve, develop and implement new event concepts to deliver innovative solutions.

  7. Evaluate and report on events programs success as part of overall business objectives.

    Required technical expertise include

  1. Strong communication/public speaking skills, excellent English language skills

  2. Creative thinking

  3. Interpersonal skills

  4. Good understanding of Office management tools

    Minimum/Preferred Qualifications:

  1. Post Graduate or graduate in engineering/engineering management

  2. Post Graduate or graduate in marketing /journalism or any other related qualification

  3. 2-3 years of professional experience in Marketing Operations/Media Communications.
