Job Description

To bolster our sales operations, we are on the lookout for process driven candidates to join the sales operations team. In this role the chosen candidate will play a pivotal role in all digital sales related initiatives and provide operational support to the sales teams.

  1. Creating a database of potential customers & channel partners that can be used to generate a rich Sales Qualified Lead(SQL) list.

  2. Supporting the sales team with data management and market research initiatives.

  3. Managing, monitoring & updating the internal CRM on a continual basis.

  4. Driving push campaigns targeting specific regions and creating reports for internal stakeholders.

  5. Supporting the sales team with case studies management.

  6. Preparation of weekly/ bi-weekly sales insights reports for Internal stakeholders.


    Required technical expertise include

  1. Experience/Knowledge in account management, database building and CRM management.

  2. Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to develop working relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.

  3. Sufficient data modelling skills to prepare insights & reports.

    Minimum/Preferred Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor's degree in commerce or management.

  2. Masters degree in commerce or management.
