Job Description

We are looking to onboard an experienced ERP consultant, with a track record of implementing ERP systems at IT/ITES & manufacturing companies. The candidate needs to have preferably worked on Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP on the client side and will be required to closely work with the management to prepare the blueprint for the ERP system and coordinate with the implementation partner as well line managers within the organization for execution and launch.

  1. Determining ERP needs via consultation, business process analysis, and observations.

  2. Evaluating existing IT infrastructure and recommending system improvements.

  3. Co-working with the implementation partner as the client side representative to develop and configure the custom ERP solution.

  4. Writing programs and scripts to design user-friendly interfaces and optimized functionalities.

  5. Deploying ERP solutions and ensuring seamless system integration.

  6. Providing ERP end-user training and technical support.

  7. Documenting ERP processes and preparing deployment progress updates.

  8. Complying with industry regulations.

  9. Keeping informed of the latest ERP developments, upgrades, and offerings.

    Required technical expertise include

  1. Specialization in business administration or a related field will be advantageous.

  2. ERP certification, such as SAP ERP Business Process Integration or Oracle’s ERP.

  3. Experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP.

  4. A minimum of 5 years experience as an ERP consultant in a similar industry.

  5. Extensive knowledge of business processes, ERP development tools, and coding languages.

  6. Exceptional interpersonal, collaboration, and communication skills.

  7. Problem-solving and analytical abilities.

  8. Excellent time management and organizational skills.

    Minimum/Preferred Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor's/Masters’ degree in computer science, information technology, or similar preferred.
