Job Description

We are looking for a creative and highly driven marketing professional who can assume the role of Content Marketing Manager, capable of driving Cavli’s content engine to amplify Cavli’s Marketing and Sales efforts.

The selected candidate will play a crucial role in owning the entire content marketing function from conceptualization, creation, dissemination, along with defining and tracking the success metrics. We have already put forward steps in this direction and is looking for someone with the appetite to take it to the next level.

    Content Marketing Strategy & Execution:

  1. Driving & managing all content creation efforts across all of our digital owned channels, including Long form content -blogs/articles, Email marketing campaigns & Web page assets.

  2. Take up individual copy creation responsibilities along with guiding & extracting work from in-house as well freelance contractors plugged to the system.

  3. Driving creation & publishing of Cavli’s downloadable resources titled - Cavli Advantage series that includes factsheets, use case notes, how to guides, industry primers, e-books & more.

  4. Supporting the Digital PR team for content needs related to earned media features, guest blogging, paid features & press releases.

  5. Ensuring quality of content created and consistency in the style, fonts, images used and overall tone of the content.

  6. Roll out & ownership of content calendars in line with marketing campaigns.

  7. Ensuring all the content produced is SEO friendly.

  8. Keep abreast of the latest digital marketing trends.

    Internal Reporting & Coordination

  1. To co-work with the Head of Marketing Ops and the Digital Marketing Specialist, to create content pipeline.

  2. To co-work with the digital marketing specialist to prepare insight reports regarding content marketing performance.


    Required technical expertise include

  1. Strong command over the English language - written & spoken.

  2. Strong inclination towards marketing and specifically to digital marketing/ content marketing.

  3. Prior experience in technical content creation. Exposure to telecom, IT and IoT sectors will be an added advantage.

  4. Ability to think strategically to impact business outcomes and create strategic roadmaps for content creation.

  5. Familiarity with SEO tools like SEMrush.

  6. Good understanding of design aesthetics to effectively extract output from the communications design team whenever required.

  7. Good understanding of topics like B2B marketing & product marketing management.

    Minimum/Preferred Qualifications:

  1. Post Graduate or graduate in engineering/engineering management.

  2. Post Graduate or graduate in marketing /journalism.

  3. Certificate programs in digital marketing/content marketing.

  4. Prior work experience in digital marketing agencies or digital transformation teams at SMBs or corporations.
